Door initially partnered with The Animo Group to work with the Technology & Engineering team to define a consistent hiring process, improve candidate experience and source quality hires across Software Engineering, Testing and Product.
The Animo Group were then asked to replicate this across the rest of the business in the UK and the US with the commercial and operations teams. This included working with the senior leadership team to review compensation packages, provide salary benchmarking, and implement technology to create a compliant hiring process.
We designed a streamlined and consistent inclusive hiring process, including creating compelling job adverts, a 30-minute video call by The Animo team and managing the hiring process through to onboarding.
The team also worked with the Senior Leadership team on a number of key initiatives, providing intel for benefits packages, salary benchmarking and implementing ATS software to provide a fully compliant process.
Door received an above-industry standard time-to-hire of 31.3 days. Added key hires to the Technology, Sales, Finance and operational teams. We supported the CFO & HR director on a number of key initiatives to support with retaining & attracting top talent.
