Ingeus helps governments and employers design and deliver services to solve the complex challenges caused by social and technological change.

Matt joined Ingeus to transition them away from an RPO and build out an internal talent function, which is now 20 people strong. Matt talks us through everything we need to consider when setting up a talent team’s scratch. We are talking people, infrastructure, and service.
