Steve is an experienced senior hire headhunter and talent acquisition manager with global experience, delivering talent attraction and acquisition projects across 20 countries and four continents.
Since 2006 he has primarily worked in corporate roles, focused on creating effective talent operating models, either turning around under-performing teams or building new internal TA functions. These have always had a dual emphasis on improving the quality of hire and implementing a direct sourcing strategy to improve the service delivery to hiring managers and stakeholders.
He focuses on candidate experience and employer branding, using my formal training to market map competitors where the talent is, and engage potential candidates with straightforward, honest messages about the company and relevant opportunities. His techniques and toolkits are proven, with references over almost 30 years.
